Air coolers are applied in industrial and household scenarios. Industrial coolers are generally applied in cold storage and cold chain logistics refrigeration conditions. Household coolers, also known as water-cooled air conditioners, are evaporative cooling and air exchange units that integrate cooling, air exchange, dust prevention, and odor removal.
In addition to providing fresh air and reducing temperature in workshops, markets, and commercial entertainment venues, air coolers are also evident on energy conservation and environmental protection. Its main components are vaporative wet curtain and main motor providing more practical energy savings for various industries.
Cooling principle of air cooler:
When air enters the chamber during running, which generate negative pressure, causing the external air to flow through the porous and moist surface of the wet curtain, forcing the dry bulb temperature of the air passing through the curtain to drop to a temperature close to the wet bulb temperature of the external air.
The dry bulb temperature at the outlet of the cold air fan is 5-12 ℃ lower than the outdoor dry bulb temperature. The drier and hotter the air, the bigger the temperature difference, and the better the cooling performs.
As the fan runs, the air is always introduced from outside to inside, it can maintain the freshness of indoor air; At the same time, due to the use of the principle of evaporative cooling, this machine has a dual function of cooling and humidifying. When used in workshops such as textile and knitting, it can not only improve the cooling and humidifying conditions, but also purify the air, reduce the breakage rate of needles during the needle spinning process, and improve the quality of needle textile products.
The air cooler is equipped with alveolate wet curtains, which have a large surface area and are continuously humidified by a water circulation system; An efficient, low-noise, and energy-saving fan is installed inside the wet curtain air cooler. When the fan is running, the negative pressure generated by the wet curtain air cooler causes the external air to flow through the porous and moist wet curtain and enter the machine. Due to the evaporation and absorption of heat by the water on the wet curtain, the air passing through the wet curtain is forced to cool down. At the same time, due to the water on the wet curtain evaporating towards the air flowing through the wet curtain, the humidity of the air is increased. Therefore, the wet curtain air cooler has a dual function of cooling and humidifying.
